TIME OF DELIVERY COMPLETION

The products are delivered to a courier service within two (2) working days of placing the order. Any corrections to the order can be made within three (3) hours of its submission. If the products ordered by the user are not delivered due to the fault of the company within thirty (30) days of acceptance of the order, the user is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

The company is not responsible for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to the fault of the company or its partners or due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of time for performance. Indicative and not limiting such cases are: strikes, floods, natural disasters , acts of terrorism or any situation that does not depend on the company.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by Greek Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Karditsa.
